Just a quick stop on my way to bed to note my loss for the week. Only a half pound but seeing as it was Valentines week with candy around every corner and TOM has been around and in full force I'll take any loss I can get. I do go in Thursday for a fill, hopefully it will help with my snacking, still can't seem to get that under control.

A loss is a loss and your doing so great :) I am trying to go cold turkey on all sweets again. I feel that it is my weakness and I keep craving more and more.
